We lived the daily reality: crews in the field, service tickets stacking up, change orders flying, and a back office trying to hold it all together on a patchwork of tools that never quite talked to each other. And underneath all of it, the same quiet problem — the platforms we depended on didn't hand us our data. They rented it back to us.
